Coast to Coast: SDFAS Meeting

Guided by SDG 2: Zero Hunger and accompanied by Middle School science teacher, Alex Mobley, our students kicked off their Coast to Coast exchange with an inspiring week in Austin, TX. Together with Austin International School, they explored regenerative farming, nutrition, and healthy cooking. They learned firsthand how communities can build a more sustainable food future.

From a Q&A at the University of Texas to a local farm visit, a behind-the-scenes tour of Blue Bell, and an unforgettable cooking session with Top Chef Kevin D’Andrea, our students soaked up both knowledge and the vibrant flavors of Texas.
