School Tool Box
Once again, SDFAS has partnered with School Tool Box to make purchasing school supplies easier for families (grades 1-8 only). If you choose to use this service, all supplies will be conveniently delivered directly to your home. Orders can be placed up to two weeks before the start of the school year.
Please note that certain items, such as backpacks and water bottles, are not included on the School Tool Box website and must be purchased separately.
A portion of every School Tool Box purchase is donated back to SDFAS, helping support our school community.

Middle School MATH:
The Khan Academy “Getting Ready for…” summer course sessions are a great way to revisit key topics and units from the previous year.
- Incoming 6th Graders: “Getting Ready for Math 6”
- Incoming 7th Graders: Since there isn’t a “Getting Ready for Pre-Algebra”, we will use the “Getting Ready for Math 7” but I do recommend that students attempt a number of the “Getting Ready for Math 8” units.
- Incoming 8th Graders: Since there is no “Getting Ready for Integrated Math 1”, we will use the “Getting Ready for Algebra 1”
